It comes from olives of the variety Hojiblanca, which predominates in our region and is also known as “Lucentina”. It is highly appreciated for its double aptitude: oil and table. From it we extract an extra virgin olive oil with a very fresh aroma and fruity green olive typical of this variety.

Description:

Its aroma is reminiscent of fresh grass and its green olive leaf flavor with touches of apple and artichoke. Very fresh yet delicate with elegant bitterness and itching.
