It comes from the Arbequina variety, also known as “Blancal” and “Arbequín”. It is small in size and is very drought resistant. From it we extract an extra virgin olive oil with fruity green olive and touches of ripe olive.

Description:

It is elegantly scented, with clean notes of green almonds (Alloza), apple and ripe fruits such as banana. In the mouth it stands out its fluidity and is sweet in attack, with a light and balanced bitterness and itching.
