Ingredients (4 people): 1 kg of lima beans, 1 tomato, 150 g of soft cheese, leaves of lettuce, lemon zest, chives, salt and pepper, 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation: Chop the tomato and mix with the cubed chesse and the lima beans. We drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle the lemon zest, salt and pepper on our mixture. To present the plate, we first place the lettuce leaves and then the lima beans on top. We sprinkle a few chopped chives on top to finish the plate.
