The "School of Oil" Designation of Origin Estepa is a project created by the company in 2005 with the aim of promoting and extending the knowledge of everything related to Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Through this project, Designation of Origin Estepa carries out initiatives such as:

During these years the Designation of Origin Estepa has offered hundreds of tastings and guided tours to both national and international groups, who have learned firsthand about everything related to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from its production process to the tasting of its best oils.
Standing out among the publications are the 5 recipe books that contain both modern dishes and traditional cuisine, as well as reinterpretations of age-old recipes. The titles of these books are " Extra Virgin Salmorejos", "Youth and Oil", "Kitchen of Origin", "The Taste of Your Land" and "Extra Flavor". In addition, the Designation of Origin Estepa has other publications such as "The History of the Olive Groves in the region of Estepa and Puente Genil"
